Hope you all had a great Christmas – Did anyone spend it anywhere exotic, interesting or unusual? Do write in with your tales of adventure…
I managed a trip to Canada just before the festive period started – in time for the first snow of the season and the Christmas markets – you can see some pictures from one of my treks (including a coyote and a bald eagle) on pages 10-11.
It’s been wonderful to get contributions from longterm members as well as new members in this issue – there’s an article (p8-9) from an experienced explorer who has just joined and will be speaking at the London meeting in April fresh back from his latest expedition across Arctic Scandinavia.
